About
Hey there, I'm Tim – proud father of 3, devoted husband to 1. Entrepreneur, craftsman in the realm of furniture, and a die-hard (techno) music aficionado.
LEEUWENHOUT
After a decade of running a business that demanded more management than creation, my craving for creativity started to roar. As a former chef and photographer, I relish the instant satisfaction of crafting something with my own hands. Woodworking found its way into my life, and after countless hours in my hobby workshop, I embarked on a journey to become a professional furniture maker. Working with wood and tackling challenges head-on, is the recipe for a fulfilling career. In 2023, I sold my business and dove headfirst into the world of full-time furniture making. With Leeuwenhout, I create bespoke furniture.
Another old flame reignited – music production. I've been dabbling in electronic music production with Ableton and plugins, but analog synthesizers were always out of reach... until now. ;) After acquiring a few synths, I quickly encountered the age-old issue: space constraints and the nightmare of cable management. I thrive on having everything ready to play, whether in the studio or the workshop. Every synth or tool should have its own spot for instant access, ensuring creativity flows unhindered. Just like my tools have their designated tables, stands, or holders, my synthesizers needed the same treatment.
LH Studio was born.
